What makes it different

Things we plan for from the diagnostic, not the go-live.

  1. The systems are physical. A wrong answer can stop a line or ship a defective part, so we start with augmentation and measured accuracy, not automation.
  2. Data lives in OT as well as IT: PLCs, MES, historians and quality systems that were never designed to be read by a model. Integration is the work, and we plan for it from the diagnostic.
  3. Safety, certification and traceability requirements decide what can go to production and how it must be documented, exactly as regulators do in finance.
