Things we plan for from the diagnostic, not the go-live.
- The systems are physical. A wrong answer can stop a line or ship a defective part, so we start with augmentation and measured accuracy, not automation.
- Data lives in OT as well as IT: PLCs, MES, historians and quality systems that were never designed to be read by a model. Integration is the work, and we plan for it from the diagnostic.
- Safety, certification and traceability requirements decide what can go to production and how it must be documented, exactly as regulators do in finance.
